How quickly should I expect my order to ship?

Your item(s) should ship within 2-3 business days. Tracking will be emailed to you once your items ship. Please understand that shipping times recently have been very delayed. If you are having issues, please email me and we'll get it figured out.

If you need an item to ship faster than standard USPS shipping, reach out to me before placing your order and I can give you an estimate for the shipping time you would prefer. Note that this does not absolutely guarantee your item(s) will arrive in time. Once your item(s) leave me, I am unable to control shipping delays.

Do you sell patterns?

Currently, I do not sell patterns and am not planning to do so in the near future. It's not something I'm interested in doing at the moment. Most of my items are made without patterns so it's extra work that I'm not ready to take on.

Do you take special customs not listed on your website?

Yes, I do! Please send me an email to starrysegovia@gmail.com and give me an idea of what you would like and we can talk details.

How do I take care of my new piece?

There's not much to do! Try not to place anything on top your artwork or push against the fabric for an extended period of time. The fabric has been stretched and glued into the hoop at its current elasticity. If the fabric is pressed against for too long, it will stretch out. If something is accidentally spilled onto the fabric, you can try taking it out with a towel dabbed in warm water and a little dish soap. ** Dab as lightly as possible! **

How long do these take to make?

It all depends on the size and how intricate the piece is. Some take just a few hours and others take 20+. Any learned skill involves dedication and a lot of patience. I've spent quite a bit of time working on this craft and I truly hope it reflects in my work. <3
